The word “Health” can be described as the feeling of the body by both physically and mentally. The physical health of the body can be maintained well by performing regular exercise and consuming nutritious food. Mental health is related to emotional and psychological well-being of the body.

Why health is important?

 The human body is capable of performing unbelievable tasks and so it is vital to lead a well-balanced physical & mental existence. If we have a better health, then the simple activities like talking, laughing, eating, walking and so on would be more enjoyable. A healthy body supports the mind to be healthy and makes the life successful and happy. To feel virtuous and to live longer, staying with good health is more important.

What is the need to take care of health?

We are living in the magical world as there are many good people around us who are always taking care of others. It is good, but not fine for them. If a machine is broken, there are possibilities to fix and repair the liabilities related to it. Think! If the health of the body is broken then it would cause a sequence of health concerns which needs to be treated forever by investing the time and money. So I am mentioning here that the self-health care is indispensible to feel noble about you. People who are neglecting to do this are at risk of having low self-assurance and unhappiness in their life.

9. Fix your professional & personal goals and take efforts to achieve the aims through genuine ways.
10. Engage yourself with a motivating hobby like reading, gardening, listening music, writing every day for few hours or participate in community service.
 

My magical healthy tips

The above tips would basically improve the health. Here are the magical health tips that I follow to take care of my health.
1. Sunlight
Sunlight contains Vitamin D and it is an amazing healing source of many health issues. It improves the mood, regulates the sleep, beats stress, prevents diabetes, releases aches & pains, provides energy and stops cancer . Get sunlight exposure for at least 20 minutes daily and avoid mid-day sun.

2. Brushing

Brush the teeth twice daily. Generally a millions of bacteria lives in the mouth which may cause even serious health problems. Poor oral health leads to kidney disease, diabetes, heart attacks, pneumonia, bronchitis etc. So regular flossing and dental checkups is indispensable to prevent the illness.

3. Alkaline water

Add baking soda (little) or few drop of lemon to the distilled water and make it alkaline. Drinking this alkaline water helps to look younger, maintains normal blood pressure, boosts the energy level and aids to lose weight.

4. Massage

A good body massage improves the blood circulation, nourishes the skin, relieves mental tension, relaxes the nerves, clears the digestive problems, increases the flexibility of the body and helps to shed extra pounds. Make it part of your health and fitness routine.

5. Spend time with loved ones

Spending a quality time with your loved ones could help you to lead a healthy life by reducing the stress, decreasing loneliness and improving compassion. A recent study proved that the people with largest social network had extended life without any major health problems.
